Senior Swim Program $225/month
There are two (2) Senior sub-groups within the Senior Swim Program. These groups practice together. The coaches specifically assign lanes to match their skill level and will adjust as needed.

Beach Swim Club Senior Development Program
This program is designed to instruct young swimmers and new swimmers in the art of competitive swimming. Through a modified version of the senior program, this program is intended to raise the level of its athletes so they may join the Senior Program.
Examples of skills needed to participate in this group are:

6 x 75 Free on 1:30 completed with flip turns

6 x 25 Underwater to 15m on 00:40

2 x 100 IM Completed without breaking stroke on 2:30

Swimmers must arrive on time and actively participate in the entire practice
Beach Swim Club Senior Program
This program is designed to perfect the art of competitive swimming. Through the use of many different drills and exercises, this program produces highly competitive athletes who are committed to the sport. All athletes are required to attend a minimum of 5 practices per week on average. Each swimmer is expected to perform at a high level and push their athletic boundaries to discover their potential.

Swimmers may not miss more than one unexcused practice a week

Senior Elite Program $250/month
This program is designed to prepare competitive swimmers for collegiate/professional swimming.
This group will only include athletes who have a history of high-quality performance and effort. All
athletes are required to attend all practices offered. Each swimmer is expected to perform at a high
level and push not only themselves but the athletes around them as well.
Entry to this group is determined exclusively by the coaching staff.
